Ordering by telephone
To place an order by telephone, simply phone our order hotline on 01522 569941 7 days a week

To assist with processing your order quickly and efficiently, please have all the information to hand i.e. product code, size if applicable, credit card or switch number, along with expiry date and issue number and your full address together, with your postcode and telephone number.

Ordering by fax
To order by fax please complete the order form and use the 01522 539081 number, this recognises incoming faxes. Please let us know your credit card or switch number along with the product code and quantity for each item.

Please note cheques have a five working day clearance time before your goods are dispatched.

You will find ordering from our site easy, safe and secure.  Simply click on the items you wish to add to your cart, and when you are ready to check out, just click on the View Cart link on top of any page.

Orders MUST be placed before 14.00 to qualify for next day delivery. Some items are not available on next day delivery you will be advised at time of order. For late/damaged deliveries please phone 01522 569941

Should you need to return an item please contact us to obtain a returns reference. We will not accept delivery of returns without prior arrangement.

Any goods assumed faulty MUST be returned to Aqua Topia for technical inspection which may be at Aqua Topia or the manufacturer, PRIOR to a replacement item being dispatched. Goods returned will be at your expense.

Please note any unwanted goods to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
